Initiating a return is simple and straightforward. Here's how you can request a return:

1. Contact our friendly customer support team via email or phone within a 14 calendar days period from the date of receipt
2. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
3. If validated by our customer support team and if the products are unopened, they will send you a return label free of charge

Refund Procedure

To initiate a return after validation by our customer support team, use the return label to send the product back. Ensure you include your Order Information, such as Order Number, Full Name, and contact details. For further assistance, you can call our Customer Service at (954) 497-2196.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process its replacement free of charge, including shipping fees, unless you opt for a refund in which case we will also refund the shipping fees (if applicable). Please note that if you request a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

Requests for returns more than 14 calendar days after the receipt of your purchase will not be honored.
